Temperature Controllers
The electronic controller provides easy control of the current temperature and ensures switching the heating element so as to achieve the desired temperature as accurately as possible (PID – without overshooting issues). The controller is an electronic device with additional functions (ALARM, signalling, etc.). We supply both the complete control system (control, protection, main switch) as well as individual components – e.g. solid-state relay.
Thermostats
The thermostat provides basic regulation of the electrical heating element. The temperature is set by the mechanical rotary selector to the desired value and the bimetallic switching mechanism switches on and off the heating supply. It is a cheap solution suitable for less demanding applications. In stock.
Resistance wires
We have more than 150 types of resistance wires in stock. The conductor is in the form of a strip (rectangular cross-section) or cylinders (0.017 mm in diameter). The wires are wound on spools. In stock.
Steel braiding
In a place where there is a risk of mechanical damage to the wires, it is advisable to protect them with steel braiding – this will ensure high mechanical resistance of the resulting bundle. Different diameters in stock.
Terminal Blocks
Temperature resistant ceramic terminal blocks are used to connect wires directly at the point of the heating element where the temperature is high during operation. A different number of poles can be selected. In stock.

In the manufacturing process, we follow technological procedures and rules to ensure the production of the highest quality. The production process includes checkpoints that allow us to regulate the production process and thus improve the quality level.
PRICE VS. ORIGINAL
Custom production allows the production of elements with almost any parameters, both geometrical and electrical; it is, therefore, possible to replace the existing heating element with a non-original replacement. You can request a list of affordable type substitutes. Also, you can send us documentation, a photo, or a physical sample and we’ll suggest a solution for you.
SPEED
Time is money – we normally keep delivery terms at a weekly level. If necessary, the term can be shortened (surcharge) or special delivery terms can be agreed. All activities from the offer, through design, calculation and production are minimized with regard to the speed of the entire order.
