Flat heating elements, adapted to the heated part, usually cylindrical shape. They are designed in such a way that they can be firmly attached to ensure efficient heat transfer. The carrying elements are made of either mica or ceramic for higher performance. The customer selects the type of the outlet, the shape of the element and the openings for clamping or the mounting brackets for the sensors.

Ceramic
Heating elements are made of ceramic segments with openings through which the heating coils pass. The unit is contracted with a stainless steel cuff and fixed to the heated part. Possibility to deliver a version without a metal casing.
The advantages of these heating elements are their high heat output, higher operating temperatures, and long service life when used correctly.

Mica
Heating elements made of mica plates wrapped with a flat heating strip. The unit is enclosed in a stainless steel or nickeled case and clamped with an external clamping sheet metal.
Possibility to deliver a version without a metal casing.
The advantage of these elements is a small design thickness and a significant range of resulting product dimensions.

Hermetically sealed
It is a special variant of cylindrical heaters. The heating part of mica sections is wrapped with a resistance strip. The unit is encapsulated in a casing made of a closed brass tube with a soldered outlet and is tightened to the heated part with tightening screws.
The advantages of these elements are a small built area and resistance to penetration of foreign material into the body, which is why these elements are directly destined for use on heating of injection jet tips in plastic making machines.

Custom production allows the production of elements with almost any parameters, both geometrical and electrical; it is, therefore, possible to replace the existing heating element with a non-original replacement. You can request a list of affordable type substitutes. Also, you can send us documentation, a photo, or a physical sample and we’ll suggest a solution for you.
